Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Service Electrician to support installation, diagnostics, and maintenance across a range of equipment including generators, agricultural machinery, and industrial tools. The role requires strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on fieldwork, and the flexibility to work across multiple product categories as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test generator systems, including synchronization with Manual Transfer Switch (MTS) and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)
Perform Electrical Wiring, Fault Diagnosis, And Repairs On
Diesel generators
Agricultural equipment (tractors)
Light industrial and battery-powered equipment (e.g., EGO systems)
Troubleshoot and repair ATS panels and control systems
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Diagnose faults in control panels, sensors, relays, and protection systems
Support pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and commissioning activities
Conduct on-site service visits and emergency breakdown support
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with the service team and report technical findings clearly
Required Qualifications
Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems (preferably in equipment, generators, or industrial applications)
Strong Experience With
Control panels
ATS/MTS systems
Electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Basic understanding of both AC and DC systems
Preferred (Important For Your Business Direction)
Experience with diesel generators (commissioning & troubleshooting)
Familiarity with agricultural equipment electrical systems
Exposure to industrial tools or portable power equipment
Field service experience in Kuwait or GCC
Driving license (highly preferred)
