Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Shockwave Systems. Daily responsibilities include delivering technical support, conducting field service visits, ensuring equipment functionality, and effectively communicating with clients to provide top-notch service. Collaboration with the technical team and maintaining detailed service reports are also key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site problem-solving and system diagnostics.
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of medical devices or similar technical equipment.
• Excellent Communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience with medical devices or urology equipment is advantageous.
