Service Engineer Dialysis
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and field actions of Dialysis Machines HD, PD CRRT.
- Maintaining tools and test Dialysis equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Requesting and managing spare parts required for repairs, preventive maintenance and on-hand stock.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Adhering to current regulatory requirements that establish by the Company, represent with honesty and full integrity.
- Attending and competing all training courses requested by the Management of the Company.
- Support and resolve issues with the team members.
- Carry out any additional tasks requested by the direct supervisor and the Management of the Company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree Biomedical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 4 Years of experience as a Service Engineer in Dialysis equipment&aposs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
