Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire & Life Safety (FLS), Security, BMS, AV, ELV, ICT, Fire Fighting (FF), and HVAC systems.
- Monitor system performance, respond to service calls, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
- Carry out system inspections, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Coordinate materials, monitor project records, and recommend system improvements where required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and information security standards while delivering quality customer service.
- Strong knowledge of FLS, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, FF, and HVAC systems, with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
