Job Description

Job Purpose

The service engineer will carry out service and technical activities in the repair hub.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems, security networks and mobile phones.
  • Provide technical support service to the customers who have technical difficulties within their device and software.
  • Performed all levels of preventive maintenance services as per vendor procedure.
  • Provide 1 hr TAT for walk in repair service.
  • Maintain a record of all tools and test equipment's utilized and ensure their availability by accurate checks and ensure their accuracy as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Preparing job orders and service report
  • Provide quotation for Out of warranty repair.
  • System updates on the repair activity / claims
  • Complies with company code of conduct and vendor service operating procedure.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on the same field

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Good communication skills: effective interaction with vendors and all levels of employees throughout the corporation.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
