Role Summary – Service Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented Health Insurance Servicing & Endorsements Executive to manage member servicing, policy endorsements, and day-to-day administration for corporate and individual medical insurance portfolios. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing, strong client communication, and smooth coordination with insurers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process member additions, deletions, upgrades/downgrades, and other endorsements.

• Validate documents and submit endorsement requests to insurers.

• Follow up with insurers for approvals and relay updates to clients.

• Maintain accurate member census data and ensure compliance with insurer and DHA/DOH guidelines.

• Coordinate medical card/E-card issuance and policy documentation.

• Liaise with internal teams payment mapping and booking

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of UAE medical insurance experience (broker/insurer/TPA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of health insurance servicing, endorsements, and underwriting basics.

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with insurer portals.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
