Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Service Manager. The position involves overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing a team to address customer needs effectively.

Key responsibilities include

Assisting Customer Service Manager,

Handling customer inquiries

Resolving complaints

Implementing service strategies and maintaining client relationships.

The Service Manager will also analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and align service standards with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in service management.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and improve service processes
• Bilingual -Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Problem-solving abilities and leadership experience to guide a customer service team
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and software is an advantage
• 2-3 year experience in a managerial role within the service industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of the cleaning solutions industry is a plus
