Job Description

1. Education & Experience: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, along with 35 years of proven experience in field service management within the EV charging or electrical infrastructure sector.

2. Technical Expertise: The role requires strong technical proficiency in overseeing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of both AC and DC fast-charging stations (EVSE) to ensure optimal network performance.

3. Operational Leadership: You will be responsible for leading and scheduling a team of field technicians and subcontractors, managing spare parts inventory, and enforcing strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee maximum uptime.

4. Customer Focus: Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for managing client relationships, handling high-level technical escalations, and ensuring a seamless after-sales experience for customers.

5. Compliance & Safety: The manager must ensure all field operations strictly adhere to local electrical regulations, safety protocols (HSE), and quality control standards to mitigate operational risks.
