Must Have Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience in IT Service Management BAU operations
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes with real‑world execution experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and operational reporting
- Proven experience handling Major Incidents and service outages
- Strong governance mindset with focus on SLA adherence and risk reduction
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Good to have:
- ITIL v4 Certification
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification
- Experience in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments
Exposure to automation and process optimization
