About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Marketing Executive with experience in the automotive service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting workshop services, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue through effective marketing and business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (fleet and corporate clients).
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into service jobs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
- Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in automotive service / aftersales marketing (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and workshop processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
