Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Service Desk Associate to join our Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with ATM systems or banking technology is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts, with potential transition to 24x7 coverage.
