Role Description

FinMark Capital Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual for the full-time, on-site role of Product Service and Operations Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for driving overall operational efficiency and excellence in Wealth management. The successful candidate will have a significant role in managing client servicing and day to day data management to support business in achieving its objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Service or Product Operations roles within financial services, wealth management, or private banking industries.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments involving participation from several internal teams.
  • Demonstrate technical skills in data analysis, MIS systems, and reporting tools is a MUST.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to interact with partners, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and particularly MS Excel is mandatory.
