Roles & Responsibilities :
- planning and coordinating service delivery requirements across Cities and Centers, focusing on workforce planning, capacity alignment, and service readiness, to ensure special needs services can be delivered sustainably and in line with demand.
- Lead workforce planning for special needs services across Cities and Centers, including staffing levels, skill mix, and deployment requirements
- ensures that service plans are aligned with operational capacity, contractual requirements, and strategic objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term service plans in alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with operations, project delivery, finance, HR and support functions to ensure effective service planning and resource allocation
- Translate contractual, regulatory, and client requirements into executable service plans and operational schedules.
- identify capacity gaps, risks, and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans to ensure continuity and quality of services
- Support the Operations & Service Delivery GM in annual planning, budgeting inputs, and demand forecasting.
- Establish planning tools, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance planning effectiveness and consistency.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- 8 years of relevant experience in service planning, or operations planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong knowledge of service planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource optimization.
- Ability to develop planning frameworks, SOPs, templates, and governance mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills to identify capacity gaps, risks, constraints, and dependencies.
- Data-driven decision-making and scenario-planning capabilities.
