About the role:

We're looking for a Service Providers Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of Startup Gate's service providers sectoroutreach onboarding commercial terms contract activation retention.

You'll be the main commercial owner of this vertical and will work closely with the CEO, COO and Product to keep the sector growing and running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Partnerships & onboarding

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality service providers across key categories (legal, finance, marketing, tech, HR, wellness, etc.).
  • Run intro calls, qualify partners, and guide them through onboarding requirements.
  • Ensure each partner has a complete, accurate listing (services, pricing/discounts, contact channels, delivery expectations).

Commercial negotiations & contracts

  • Negotiate partnership structure (discounts, commission %, lead definition, redemption rules, SLAs).
  • Own the contract process end-to-end: term alignment, internal approvals, signature follow-up, and partner documentation.
  • Maintain a clean partner database (contracts, commercial terms, points of contact, status, notes).

Account management & performance

  • Be the point of contact post-launch for partner activation, updates, and day-to-day follow-ups.
  • Track partner performance (responsiveness, lead handling, complaints, usage of offers) and proactively optimize outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for partner announcements and campaigns, and with Product/Tech for any workflow or backend needs.

Operational excellence

  • Set up simple repeatable systems: onboarding checklists, follow-up templates, CRM stages, weekly reporting.
  • Ensure transparency and proactive updatesthis role touches multiple sectors and requires being on top of everything.

What we're looking for:

  • 34 years experience in BD / Sales / Account Management / Partnerships (B2B).
  • Strong negotiation + closing skills; comfortable discussing commercial terms and percentages.
  • Very strong follow-up discipline and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent Arabic + strong English (especially written).
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets/Excel; CRM is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience with platforms/marketplaces/communities or managing partner portfolios.
