Job Title: Service Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Overview
We are seeking for Service Sales Executive to support the growth of the company's service and maintenance division. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), generating new service opportunities, and increasing recurring revenue from elevator maintenance, modernization, and repair services. The successful candidate will actively pursue new service contracts, recover maintenance contracts from competitors, and build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property management companies. This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Service Business Development
* Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new Annual Maintenance
Contracts (AMC) for elevators and vertical transportation systems.
* Develop relationships with facility management companies, property
managers, building owners, and developers.
* Target buildings currently serviced by competitors and present Lift Mart's service
offerings.
* Build a consistent pipeline of service opportunities across Dubai and surrounding
areas.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Promote Lift Mart's maintenance, repair, modernization, and spare parts services.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to identify service opportunities.
* Prepare service proposals and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and technical inputs.
* Negotiate and close maintenance agreements and service contracts.
Contract Recovery & Expansion
* Identify opportunities to recover maintenance contracts for elevators previously installed by Lift Mart.
* Convert elevators maintained by other service providers into Lift Mart AMC contracts.
* Upsell additional services such as repairs, upgrades, and modernization projects.
CRM & Technology Usage
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the company's CRM/ERP system.
* Track service opportunities, contract renewals, and follow-up activities.
* Use digital tools to maintain organized client records and sales pipelines.
Internal Coordination
* Coordinate with the Service Manager and technical teams to ensure smooth contract onboarding and service delivery.
* Communicate customer requirements clearly to operations and service teams.
* Support the development of the service department through market insights and client feedback.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 35 years of sales experience in elevator service, maintenance contracts, facility management, or related building services.
* Proven ability to generate new service contracts and recurring revenue.
* Strong understanding of maintenance contracts and service agreements.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to identify and pursue new service opportunities independently.
* Comfortable conducting site visits and engaging with facility managers and building owners.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, email communication, and digital sales tools.
