Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Lead to manage and oversee service operations while ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. The role involves leading a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Coordinate daily service operations and assign tasks to team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the service team.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex service issues.
  • Prepare service reports and monitor operational performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations or technical support.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
