We are seeking an experienced Service Team Lead to manage and oversee service operations while ensuring high-quality support and service delivery. The role involves leading a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate daily service operations and assign tasks to team members.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex service issues.
- Prepare service reports and monitor operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations or technical support.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
