TEAM LEAD AC TECHNICIAN – HOME MAINTENANCE

Position: Team Lead AC Technician / AC Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead AC Technician to lead our AC maintenance team and handle residential and luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on AC technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the confidence to communicate professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise AC technicians and helpers on daily jobs.
Conduct site inspections and diagnose AC problems accurately.
Perform and supervise AC servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Handle split AC, ducted AC, FCU, and chiller-related systems.
Troubleshoot compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and other AC components.
Perform refrigerant charging and gas leak detection and repair.
Supervise AC duct cleaning and evaporator/condenser coil cleaning.
Check completed work and ensure proper quality before handover.
Communicate directly with clients, explain AC issues clearly, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare material, spare-parts, and tools requirements for each job.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of technicians.
Coordinate daily schedules and job updates with the Project/Admin team.
Support AMC and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure proper safety procedures and company standards are followed at all sites.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works is an advantage.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant AC/HVAC experience, preferably in UAE home maintenance.
Previous experience as a Senior AC Technician, Team Leader, or AC Supervisor.
Strong experience in residential and luxury villa AC maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
Able to lead and supervise a team independently.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Familiarity with Dubai residential communities and luxury villas is an advantage.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
Preferred: Filipino/Kabayan candidates with strong UAE home maintenance experience.
