This is a remote contract role for a ServiceNow Architect. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing architectural solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, driving integration of external systems, leading architectural design discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ServiceNow Architect will also participate in project management activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions within timeline and budget objectives.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for enterprise-grade solutions
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration tasks, particularly within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, execution, and team collaboration
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or related ServiceNow modules
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Previous experience in consulting or working with cloud-based enterprise systems is a bonus
