About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ITOM/ITAM and SAM/HAM to lead end-to-end platform implementations and provide technical leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules from scratch.
- Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow development and implementation projects.
- Work on configuration, customization, integrations, workflows, and automation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Review technical designs and guide development teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and support ServiceNow developers and team members.
Required Experience
- Minimum 14+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Must have led 2–3 end-to-end ITOM and/or ITAM implementations from scratch at the platform level in an Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITOM or ITAM is mandatory.
- Strong experience in SAM/HAM (Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management).
