About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture, a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging ITOM and ITAM modules.
• Lead technical workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

ITOM

• Implement and manage:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB
• Operational Intelligence
• Cloud Discovery
• Orchestration
• Ensure CMDB health and governance.

ITAM

• Implement and manage:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• SaaS Asset Management
• Contract & Vendor Management
• Asset Lifecycle Management

Technical Leadership

• Lead development and implementation teams.
• Review technical designs and code quality.
• Drive platform governance and standards.
• Mentor developers and administrators.
