About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with hands-on expertise in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module to join our team on a remote basis from India. The successful candidate will design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that streamline workplace services such as space management, facilities operations, and workplace reservations for our client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module, including Facilities Service Management, Space Management, Workplace Reservation Management, and Case & Knowledge Management for workplace services.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from facilities, real estate, and workplace operations stakeholders, translating them into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
- Build and customize workspaces, forms, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations related to the WSD module.
- Configure space and floor plan management, desk/room booking, and workplace visitor/reservation experiences.
- Integrate WSD with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM) and third-party systems such as IoT occupancy sensors, badge/access control, and building management systems.
- Support data migration, module upgrades, and platform maintenance activities related to WSD.
- Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
- Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and provide post-go-live hypercare and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facilities, IT, HR) to ensure solutions align with business needs and local operational requirements in Qatar.
- Provide ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, and support for existing WSD implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the WSD module.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Service Portal/Workspaces, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
- Familiarity with ITSM/CSM/HRSD modules is an advantage, particularly where they intersect with workplace service processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in WSD strongly preferred.
- Understanding of corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and remote teams.
- Prior experience working on projects for clients in Qatar or the wider GCC region is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong self-discipline, time management, and reliable home-office internet connectivity.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with IoT-based workplace sensors, space utilization analytics, or digital floor plans within WSD.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting for workplace KPIs.
- Exposure to smart building or facilities management platforms integrated with ServiceNow.
- Arabic language skills (spoken/written) are an advantage but not mandatory.
Eligibility & Work Authorization
- Candidates must be based in India and legally eligible to work remotely for the company.
- Candidates must have a reliable home workstation and internet connection to support remote collaboration with Qatar/GCC-based teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel to Qatar occasionally for project kick-offs, workshops, or client meetings, as required.
