About the Opportunities
We are expanding our ServiceNow capabilities in Saudi Arabia and are seeking experienced freelance professionals across several levels to support major digital transformation and platform optimisation programmes.
These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to highimpact ServiceNow initiatives, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders across large enterprise environments.
Available Roles
1. ServiceNow Engineer (MidLevel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support configuration, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules.
- Assist with CMDB maintenance, workflow improvements, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support optimisation efforts.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to deliver platform initiatives.
Ideal Experience:
- 35 years of handson ServiceNow experience.
- Knowledge of CSDM principles, CMDB management, and ITSM processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
2. Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead module optimisation and implementation across areas such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, or CMDB.
- Produce detailed design documentation and risk assessments.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and solution proposals.
- Support enterpriselevel transformation and platform roadmaps.
Ideal Experience:
- Strong background across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical platform solutions.
- Proven success working with crossfunctional delivery teams.
3. ServiceNow Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and longterm platform evolution.
- Provide expert oversight on CMDB structuring, CSDM alignment, API security, and integrational patterns.
- Guide decisionmaking for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives and module expansions.
- Produce detailed architectural documentation and bestpractice patterns.
Ideal Experience:
- Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, integrations, and platform governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
General Requirements (All Roles)
- Freelancers / independent contractors only.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholderengagement skills.
- Proven experience in largescale digital or ServiceNow transformation programmes.
