Role: ServiceNow - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) (Open to sponsor for Right candidates)

Type: Full-Time

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Skills: HAM / ITAM, ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Lifecycle Management, Automation, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Integrations, ITIL

Experience: 6+ Years

Requisites:

Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro / IT Asset Management (ITAM) or similar platforms such as Flexera, SCCM, or Intune
Add experience designing and implementing HAM solutions from scratch, including greenfield or brownfield environments
CMDB, Discovery, asset reconciliation, data normalization, and hardware asset lifecycle management
Automation, scripting, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs
Procurement, Finance, ERP, and Discovery tools
Asset compliance, audits, governance, and reporting
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
