We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRSD modules, integrations, and ServiceNow development best practices, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD modules, including data imports and integrations.
- Design and develop:
- UI forms, fields, workflows, and automation scripts
- Notifications, service catalogs, and reports
- Build and manage Employee Service Center (Portal).
- Create and maintain access control rules (ACLs) and validations.
- Collaborate with Platform Administrators and ITSM teams.
- Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems of record.
- Troubleshoot and support patch/release management activities.
- Capture and refine user stories from business requirements.
- Follow development best practices, standards, and SDLC processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Ensure code quality, perform unit testing, and maintain documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide user training.
- Design and publish service catalog workflows with approval mechanisms.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Development.
- Hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) / Employee Service Management modules:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding & Lifecycle Events
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
- Expertise in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, XML.
- Integration experience with:
- HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Active Directory (LDAPs)
- Web Services, JDBC, SFTP
- Knowledge of:
- Testing methodologies (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing)
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- ITIL processes and industry standards
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification
