We're looking for a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to support a large-scale, greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation, enabling enterprise-wide workforce lifecycle automation across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
This role focuses on building robust integrations between ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, and identity platforms—driving seamless Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and secure access provisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement REST API integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub
- Build and support Employee Centre (UI Builder) and HRDM-driven workflows
- Develop workforce lifecycle automation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)
- Implement event-driven and webhook-based integration patterns
- Configure secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, token management)
- Develop data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure integration reliability with error handling, retry logic, and monitoring
- Support identity provisioning workflows with platforms like Saviynt
- Maintain auditability, compliance, and secure data handling
- Collaborate within a vendor-led delivery environment
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise integration engineering
- Strong experience with Employee Centre and HRDM workflows
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and IntegrationHub
- Experience with identity lifecycle automation and IAM integrations
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and secure API design
- Experience designing resilient, scalable, and event-driven architectures
- Strong debugging, logging, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms
- Exposure to enterprise workforce lifecycle orchestration (JML)
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- ServiceNow certifications
Location & Contract
- Abu Dhabi, UAE (onsite)
- 12-month contract with possible extension
