Develop ITSM applications and workflows. Customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge modules. Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows. Integrate ServiceNow with external applications. Provide production support.

Required Skills

8+ years of ServiceNow development. Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript). ITSM implementation experience. CSA Certification mandatory.
