Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and administration of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
- Support user and role management, access controls, and system configurations
- Help create and maintain workflows, business rules, and notifications
- Assist in managing Service Catalog items and request flows
- Support report creation and dashboard configuration for operational visibility
- Troubleshoot basic ServiceNow issues and provide platform support
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
