The Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects across major enterprise accounts. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery, and act as the primary point of contact for customers. This role requires strong leadership, customer-facing excellence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver full ServiceNow implementation projects
- Act as the single point of contact for all customer communication
- Produce regular project status updates for all stakeholders
- Plan kick-off sessions, run project governance, and host regular customer meetings
- Coach internal teams and transfer knowledge to clients
- Identify improvement opportunities, up-sell potential, and value-add enhancements
- Manage internal and external delivery teams, ensuring performance and accountability
- Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation cycle
- Support pre-sales discussions where required
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience delivering enterprise software projects
- Strong project leadership background with multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations (highly preferred)
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Background in technology, architecture, or consulting is a plus
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or ServiceNow credentials are beneficial
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with global teams and multinational rollout environments
