ServiceNow SecOps Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. The candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, ITSM, CMDB, Vulnerability Management, and SOC teams to automate security workflows, improve incident response, and enhance organizational security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules including:
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Threat Intelligence (TI)
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with security tools such as:
• Qualys
• Tenable
• Rapid7
• Microsoft Defender
• CrowdStrike
• Splunk
• Sentinel
• Automate vulnerability remediation processes and security incident management.
• Configure CMDB, discovery, and service mapping integrations.
• Develop scripts using JavaScript, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Participate in solution design, requirement gathering, and technical documentation.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of REST/API integrations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Experience with CMDB and ITSM modules.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response
• CIS – Vulnerability Response
