We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements
- Implement business rules, client/server scripts, and workflows
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with BAs, Architects, and PMs during delivery
- Participate in code reviews and platform upgrades
- Ensure performance, security, and data integrity
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API expertise
- Experience with at least one core module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Experience with integrations and automation
- ServiceNow CSA + CAD certifications preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
