We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical / Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.
This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong development background who has evolved into architecture and platform leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own ServiceNow platform architecture and technical roadmap
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Lead CMDB and CSDM strategy, governance, and data quality
- Define integration architecture (REST/SOAP, middleware, enterprise systems)
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to delivery teams
- Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, PMs, and external vendors
- Support solution design phases, including estimations and technical decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
- 35+ years in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead role
- Strong background in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-module implementations
- Deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of integrations, security, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow Architect, CIS, or higher-level certifications are highly preferred
