Job Description
. Hand washing of laboratory glassware, plastic ware and media bottles in adherence with the strict guidelines of cleanliness and quality control. . Collect laboratory glassware and materials to be washed and autoclaved from laboratories and return promptly when completed. . Sterilize glassware and supplies . Develop special procedures for specific glass washing projects as requested. . Maintains awareness of consumables supply inventory and informs supervisor when supplies are low. . Correct handling of potentially biohazardous materials and communicate with others to ensure safe handling. . Comply with laboratory safety practices and health and safety policies and regulations.
Minimum Qualification
High School, English speaking and writing
Preferred Qualification
Experience in custodial or housekeeping
