Role Description The Services Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving sales of Al Salehi's repair, diagnostic, and aftermarket service solutions. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients in sectors such as construction, marine, logistics, oil & gas, and transportation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, preparing and presenting service proposals, coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs, and following up on quotations to close deals. The Services Sales Executive will monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and ensure that customer service standards are consistently met. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives, product promotions, and after-sales support is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing service contracts.
  • Experience in account management and customer relationship management, preferably within automotive, industrial, or diesel machinery sectors.
  • Technical understanding of diesel fuel injection systems, turbochargers, diagnostics, or related equipment, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications to manage data and prepare proposals.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience in technical sales will be considered.
  • Proven track record in field sales or service sales within the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, travel to customer locations, and collaborate closely with technical and operations teams.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
