Job summary:
To support the execution of strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, preparing reports, and maintaining KPIs. The role ensures alignment with sector objectives through data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the execution of strategic initiatives and projects, providing regular progress reports (budgets, issues, risks, etc.).
- Assist in preparing schedules and plans to monitor administrative and operational support requirements.
- Collect and organize data, key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and forecasts, and share them with the direct manager.
- Contribute to preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and maintaining related documentation in the department database.
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) on KPIs and circulate them to the sector head.
- Coordinate with colleagues across different functions to support joint projects and ensure alignment with sector objectives.
- Assist in monitoring operational risks and escalate alerts to management in case of delays or challenges.
- Contribute to updating and improving departmental procedures and policies related to administrative and strategic support.
- Provide requested analyses and reports to support decision-making and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
