Shared Services Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and optimizing shared services across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and administrative support, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery while driving process improvements and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the shared services team to deliver consistent support.
- Develop and implement standardized processes, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficiency and identify improvements.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
- Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Report operational performance and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 1015 years in shared services or operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, and IT operations.
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
