We are looking for a capable, multilingual Adviser and Translator to support the Shareholder of a global family office. This role combines business advisory tasks, translation, and high-level executive assistance. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Do- Provide real-time translation and interpretation in Russian, French and English (professional fluency in French is essential)
- Track tasks, reminders, and ensure timely execution of shareholder instructions
- Monitor multiple project statuses and report on progress
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and daily business and personal agendas
- Handle sensitive communications and documents with full confidentiality
- Offer administrative support across both business and personal matters
- Maintain awareness of relevant global and political developments
- Meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
- Work collaboratively with a professional team
What We're Looking For- Fluent in Russian and French (French is a must; English is desired)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in executive support, translation, or business administration
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Multitasking ability and stress resilience
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to flexible scheduling
- Prior experience in a family office or similar environment is a plus
