Job Description

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer and Administrator to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the development and administration of SharePoint environments to optimize organizational collaboration and information management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize SharePoint sites, web parts, and applications according to business needs
  • Administer SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments, including user permissions and configuration
  • Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues promptly
  • Maintain and optimize workflows, libraries, lists, and site collections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize effective use of SharePoint
  • Keep current with latest SharePoint technologies, updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments
  • Experience in using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications are highly desirable
