Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online, Power Automate, workflow, permissions, integration, and performance issues.
Provide ongoing production support, maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Follow Microsoft 365 and enterprise development, security, governance, and compliance standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
Stay current with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SPFx, and cloud collaboration capabilities and recommend opportunities for platform improvement and automation.
