Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, covering several hospitality positions: Shift Engineer, Host/Hostess, Waitstaff (Waiter/Waitress), Room Attendant, and Housekeeping Attendant. Shift Engineers support the maintenance team by inspecting and maintaining equipment, responding to repair requests, and ensuring safe operation of building systems. Hosts/Hostesses and Waitstaff greet guests, manage reservations and seating, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth and courteous dining experience. Room Attendants and Housekeeping Attendants clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas, replenish amenities, report maintenance issues, and follow hygiene and safety procedures. Across all roles, team members are expected to follow company standards, collaborate with colleagues, communicate clearly with guests and coworkers, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, guest relations, and communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
• Basic hospitality operations knowledge for front-of-house service, room preparation, and housekeeping standards.
• Attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
• Technical aptitude for Shift Engineer roles, including basic understanding of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required by hospitality roles.
• Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not always required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Doha is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical certifications for engineering or hospitality are beneficial.
