We are looking for Entry-Level Shift Engineers to join our team and play a vital role in driving daily operations at our state-of-the-art concrete plants.
What You'll Do:
- Organize and manage daily production with maximum efficiency.
- Train, support, and supervise plant staff across shifts.
- Monitor concrete quality, production schedules, and on-site deliveries.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and lab teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with clients to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 0-1 Years of Experience in ready mix concrete industry.
- Very Good English Language is required.
