About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the resort's Cage Department Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee all cage functions during the shift, including patron's financial transactions, chip exchanges, marker issuance, and redemption.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
- Supervise and support cage team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Monitor cash levels, verify vault balances, and authorize large transactions
- Resolve patron and team member concerns professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and review shift reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, and Finance to maintain operational integrity
- Conduct audits and assist in investigations related to discrepancies or unusual activity
- Maintain a secure and organized cage environment, ensuring all assets are protected
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with Wynn's standards of luxury and service
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cage operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of cage operations, regulatory compliance, and AML protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in gaming management systems and cash handling equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a luxury or high-volume gaming environment is preferred
- Certification in cash handling or financial operations is an advantage
- Fluent in English; other spoken languages is a plus
