Monitor and record readings of feeding boards, distribution boards, UPS systems, rectifiers, and emergency generators manually and through the BMS system.
Handle both AC and DC electrical loads and ensure proper power delivery to client equipment.
Monitor and record temperature and humidity readings from HVAC units manually and through the BMS system.
Record electrical load readings for customer circuits at regular two-hour intervals.
Perform daily health checks of all facility equipment including UPS, LV panels, switchgears, busway systems, BMS, DCIM, controllers, and ELV systems.
Operate, maintain, and monitor all electrical systems and associated equipment.
Operate, maintain, and monitor HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and cold rooms.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Inspect air conditioning units, pumps, and HVAC networks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Install and support new air conditioning units as required.
Clean and replace air conditioning filters on a regular basis.
Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical equipment related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Calibrate thermostats and HVAC control systems.
Monitor all systems through BMS and extract daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and piping layouts.
Fabricate minor parts when spare parts are not readily available.
Respond to emergency situations and resolve issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Comply with all HSE policies, safety standards, and Permit to Work procedures.
Support facility management requirements with minimal supervision.
Understand and support the criticality of business uptime in a data center environment.
Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24x7 operation.
Requirements
Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field preferred.
Experience in data center, critical facilities, or large commercial building environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and BMS operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a shift team.
