Martini is based in Cairo and serves a wide range of clients across MENA, offering growth-focused support for hospitality businesses.

Role Description The Shift Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position oversees daily shift operations, ensuring consistent execution of Martini's beverage standards and service quality. The Shift Supervisor coordinates staff assignments, monitors workflow, and supports team members in delivering efficient, guest-focused service. Responsibilities include supervising opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating operational needs to management. The role also involves coaching team members, resolving customer concerns during the shift, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, and supporting training activities related to beverage preparation and service.

• Candidates should possess strong team leadership, staff supervision, and shift management skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and guest relationship management.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail for daily operations.
• Candidates should possess basic inventory control, cash handling, and reporting skills.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with beverage service standards, bar or café operations, and hospitality best practices.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail supervision is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Arabic, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
