Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage and coordinate shipping and inventory logistics, track shipments, and ensure prompt delivery of products to clients. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process and maintain accurate records. The role also requires handling documentation, resolving shipping issues, and maintaining inventory control while adhering to company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipments (air, sea, and land) across MEA regions
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, HS codes, etc.)
• Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to align shipment schedules with project timelines
• Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Manage import/export procedures, duties, and tax considerations across different countries
• Coordinate deliveries to project sites, including remote or complex locations
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and logistics KPIs
• Support procurement and project teams with logistics planning and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum5 years of experiencein shipping and logistics coordination
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs clearance, and documentation processes
• Experience handling shipments across multiple countries (MEA experience is a strong advantage)
• Background in broadcast, AV, or technical equipment logistics is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with HS codes, Incoterms, and import/export regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
