Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
- Coordinate and oversee import and export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
- Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Calculate freight costs, prepare customer quotations, verify vendor rates, and process billing accurately.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company operating procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customer service involving Air and Sea import/export shipments.
- Knowledge of freight operations, shipment coordination, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
