Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the daily activities of the shipment team.
  • Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and within the required timeline.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and dispatch processes.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to resolve shipment issues.
  • Allocate daily workload and manpower according to shipment volume.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and carrier pickup times.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies, damaged items, and delivery issues.
  • Track shipment KPIs and prepare daily operational reports.
  • Monitor team productivity and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational priorities.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all shipments.
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper shipment reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, shipping companies, or distribution operations is preferred.
