Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Shisha Master at Amaya Restaurant & Lounge. The Shisha Master will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of shisha offerings while ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include setting up, cleaning, and maintaining shisha equipment, assisting guests with flavor selection, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing personalized service. Collaboration with the team to create a welcoming and premium atmosphere is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing, handling, and maintaining shisha equipment, including proper cleaning and setup.
• Knowledge of a variety of tobacco flavors, mixing techniques, and shisha trends to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and ensure excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in adhering to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards related to shisha preparation and service.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar role, particularly in high-end or luxury dining environments, is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and an eye for detail in maintaining quality service.
