Job Description

About the Role:

Nayak Group is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for a skilled and experienced Shoe Stitching Instructor / Trainer. The role involves training and mentoring cobblers and workshop staff to ensure high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with proven training and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new and existing cobblers/workers in stitching, gluing, and repairing all types of footwear and handbags.
  • Demonstrate the correct use of shoe stitching machines (Auto & Manual) and standard shoe repair tools.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials, guides, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing feedback and corrective guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, workmanship guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Track daily production and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized training environment.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in shoe stitching and repair using machines in the UAE.
  • Hands-on expertise with automatic and manual shoe stitching machines.
  • Mandatory experience in training or mentoring technical staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured training environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
