About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands across UAE and International countries.

Job Description:

 Manage and configure Shopify Plus stores across multiple brands and markets. Set up and maintain apps, themes, checkout configurations, and storefront features

 Troubleshoot Shopify-side issues — orders, inventory display, payments, customer accounts

 Manage day-to-day operation and configuration of Warehouse Management System(s) across regions. Support warehouse operational workflows — inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, returns processing

 Troubleshoot WMS issues affecting order fulfilment and stock accuracy. Support data flow and coordination between Shopify, WMS, and ERP (Business Central) where relevant

Qualifications:

 Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (admin, apps, configuration) and any major Warehouse Management System platform to support e-commerce and fulfilment operations across multiple brands and regions

 Strong understanding of e-commerce order lifecycle and warehouse fulfilment operations and comfortable working independently across two distinct systems

 Experience in fashion, apparel, or multi-brand retail industry; with familiarity with ERP systems in Business Central or similar
