Short-Stay Supervisor – Al Khobar
We're hiring a Short-Stay Supervisor for a developer launching into short-let operations in Al Khobar. This is a ground-up build, not managing an existing function—you'll be setting up the entire operation from listing to handover.
What You'll Do
Manage short-stay operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, and local platforms. Handle occupancy optimization and pricing strategy using tools like PriceLabs. Own the P&L side—revenue tracking, owner settlements, financial reporting. Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams. Manage guest communications and compliance (Ministry of Tourism, guest registration). Basically, you'll run the whole show for a new revenue stream.
What We Need
2+ years in short-stay or vacation rental operations. Hands-on experience with Airbnb/Booking.com platforms and property management systems (Guesty, Hostaway). Comfortable with dynamic pricing and revenue optimization. Strong on the commercial side—you need to understand occupancy rates, ADR, and P&L metrics. Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch. English fluency essential.
Nice To Have
Saudi Arabia experience or willingness to relocate. PriceLabs or similar pricing software experience. Guest relations background. Team coordination experience.
